Above the const containing the url , there's a line saying Unfortunately this is currently hosted on an HTTP only server.

But our new url is https hosted, therefore I'm removing this line.

I have one more doubt that , is any changes required in this commented line in the documention above our url:-

the @see doc is still correct as that's the place to fetch the XLS from. So your MR is correct.
