position: relative and or absolute does not work.

It was a youtube video specifically and had to add ?wmode=opaque to the youtube string to get it working.

I'm not sure if this is an issue in 2.x, but that's the only place where I'm continuing to work on the theme.

This would still be an issue I think, unlike the other issues you closed. May not be your theme though now that I think about it.
