I make changes to the subtheme style.css. Locally it works, remotely style.css doesn't get recognized by the theme for some reason. I cleared cache several times.

As a test I copied my sass from style.scss to custom.scss and then uploaded the css and the changes showed up in html-base as expected.

I thought this wasn't an issue anymore, but some browsers just don't like a CSS file named style.css - so I've renamed it screen.css.
