After some considerable time attempting to install Bee Hotel, I have now got as far as STEP 4.e
But cannot continue due to...

In EntityType.php line 964:
Missing bundle entity, entity type commerce_order_item_type, entity id bee.
As I have worked through the installation guide, it feels like a whole lot of third-party-module settings (including commerce) should have had their various default settings set up as they are installed but have not. I say this because I have been faced with various messages along the way (e.g. FullCalendar) where settings are empty and I have to guess the right ones.
Sadly at a dead stop now.
Can anyone help here please?

Thanks for persevering through the install — I know it's a long process.
What you're seeing here:
Looks like the install process got interrupted somewhere along the many steps required to complete it. The commerce_order_item_type with id bee should have been created earlier in the guide, and if that step didn't fully complete (or was skipped/re-run out of order), you'll hit this error when enabling beehotel_pricealterators and beehotel_vertical.
Could you please try a fresh install from scratch, following the guide step by step without skipping any? That's the most reliable way to rule out leftover state from an interrupted or partial install.
If you still hit the same error on a clean install, please open an issue with the exact step number and the full output — that would help a lot.
