Integrating wowhead tooltips to bbcode

OK, so I'm all but there with integrating wowhead tooltips (from www.wowhead-tooltips.com) onto my Drupal Blog.

I just need to do one more thing thoug.

When the Post gets parsed for BBCode, it needs to run a function from the wowhead install files so that it can create the relevent HTML to generate the mouse over tooltip.

One thing I'm stuck with though, is where to add these 2 lines of code.

Basically, I need somewhere that has the entire content of the post that wont modify it later on and remove the stuff that the wowhead function puts in there (standard HTML).

I've tried adding it immediately before the return $body within the function _bbcode_filter_process in bbcode-filter.inc, but this doesn't seem to work :(

Does anyone know where I should be adding this?
