When I insert an image inside a tag Only local images are allowed. and align this image with a align="right" or align="left", an error occurs in Internet Explorer.

Try doing it like this instead:

<img style="float: right; padding: 10px;" src="http://www.gasgas.com.br/files/imagens/2008/FinalCopaUDI2008_Vermelho.jpg"/>

This seems to be an issue specific to IE. I don't see a need for this to still be open. A fix has been posted by jwolf.
