Bare is a base theme with very few assumptions. The purpose of this theme is to provide a skeleton sub-theme that can be expanded from core. This theme leverages SASS, through SCSS but makes no assumptions on your layout, your preferences, etc.
The subtheme contains 2 html 5 templates. One for the node and one for the page.tpl.php
