When you need this module?
If your installation profile has a lot of features. Because all features revert when profile is fully installed, and sometimes your server can't revert all your features at ones. This module provides possibility to revert feature immediately after installation of each feature and this gives us balance loading on server.
This module is already used in ERPAL
