UX for two general, distinct paths 1) Individual and 2) Non-Individuals, respectively.

Assumptions include:
Everyone should need an account.
Registration and Session Submission will open at the same time, and Individual Sponsorship should be working by then; we should also have an option for Individuals to go back and make an Individual Sponsorship after they have already registered.
1. Individual (Assigned to Mel)
