The provided download for this module does not contained the identified missing file. The files missing can be found at http://www.ioerror.us/software/bad-behavior/bad-behavior-download/ but should be included in the download for this module.

It looks like you haven't installed Bad Behavior from http://www.ioerror.us/software/bad-behavior/bad-behavior-download. Please follow the installation instuctions in the README.txt file supplied with the module.

It is Drupal policy that third party dependancies are not "bundled" with a module, but must be obtained seperately.

I will consider including a "sanity check" in the module that reports a sensible error if you haven't installed correctly.
