This mod looks to be a big time saver. Prior to this, I've just been using a combo of cpanel and ftp clients to do this. It would be great to streamline that workflow through Drupal. I haven't taken the plunge into 6.x yet. Are there any plans to backport this mod to 5.x?

Well I didn't have any plans but it should not be too difficult. I think the only thing to change will be the way the menu is called. I will take a look at it (or if you are a PHP coder I will be happy to upload any mods you care to send me!).
