The availability_calendar_booking_formlet form does not display

Kudos for a great module! The availability calendar UI is great, and that's 90% of what I need.

Thought I would mention that the availability_calendar_booking_formlet does not work as expected, the form doesn't load i.e. nothing happens when one clicks on an available date.

• Drupal 7.92
• jquery_update 7.x-2.7 and using version 1.10
• availability_calendar 7.x-5.8

Not a show stopper if one displays the booking form on the same page.
