i'm new to Googld/yahoo APi and i'm having diffuclites to configure the API Settings below ,

what should i fill in for "Google Search URL" and "Google HTTP Referrer".

my guess is

Google Search URL :http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/services/search/web (i got this from your previous screenshot )

Google HTTP Referrer: my site domain name

i didn't get any autenticate tab on node .

then i decided to try yahoo API instead , i applied yahoo API Key via https://developer.apps.yahoo.com/wsregapp/

i selected "Generix, No User Autientication required" , filled in the key into "Yahoo API settings"

but i get No authenticate tab on my node , PEAR and text_diff are installed according to readme.txt

could you please advise ? many thanks.

btw, i found out google web search APi has been deprecated. does your module make use of this API ?

API settings look ok. and more importantly have nothing to do with getting the tab on your nodes. Have you enabled Authenticate for that node type? Have you enabled it for your node type under Workflow settings?: http://screencast.com/t/MuAzWMnpe7

Also, not sure if you are testing this as uid = 1; but if not; you will need to set perms for that role.

I am not sure when the API is being deprecated but my Google search still works fine as i just ran it now on a test site: http://screencast.com/t/1XwTGyE35BQ

i Have you enabled Authenticate on that node type and it works like a champ . many thanks !
