Want AuthcacheField work with Display Suit fields.

I think AuthcacheField setting must be at node display settings page not on fields page? It's more userfriendly.

I'm short of use-cases for authcache fields, see #2040781: Add feature to ajaxify fields.

In "Display Suit fields" have not authcache settings.

Closing this since I won't put any effort into adding support for DS. If anyone likes to pick this up, feel free to add a patch here and reopen.
