Error is displayed when I would like to view Personalisation tab on Authcache UI page (Authcache_panels module is on).

Update: Swiching off authcache_panels_page_manager module fix temporary the problem.

The fix for this issue is straight forward. Though I would still like to understand the cause of it. I'd appreciate if you could outline the necessary steps necessary to reproduce this error.
