Image upload failing

I am using Memcache, Cache Router and Authcache.

When one of my non-user1 users tries to upload an image (Ubercart) they get an error stating that they are attempting to upload a file or 8MB, although they are not. If I disable Authcahe for that specific role, all is well again.
