Auth Encrypt and Better Passwords have a compatibility issue with Drupal 11.

When Auth Encrypt is disabled, Better Passwords correctly validates password strength on /user/{uid}/edit.

After enabling Auth Encrypt, Better Passwords' password-strength validation no longer works correctly.

Environment:
- Drupal: 11.
- Auth Encrypt: 1.0.0-beta2
- Better Passwords: 2.2.2

Expected:
Better Passwords should validate the original password, and Auth Encrypt should encrypt it only before submission.

Actual:
Auth Encrypt appears to interfere with Better Passwords validation, possibly because the password validation logic processes the encrypted password.

Please provide a fix or guidance for making Auth Encrypt compatible with Better Passwords.
