On an audio node, all tags are given a 'browse by' link regardless of whether or not the specific tag is 'browsable' according to the tag settings.

good catch. looking at it i realized that a good chunk of theme_audio_format_tag() isn't relevant any more. originally, i was using that function to prevent browsing by comment and track. now that it's its own setting, i think the browseable setting should override links. i.e. with a url_source tag, if it's browsable, clicking the link shows all the other audio nodes with that (clean) url source value. if it's not browseable, then the current behavior should continue.
