After upgrade from buggy 1.4 where !filename was not working to 5.x-2.0-beta1, I need to repost all Audio files to have the pickup [audio-file-name] tag. Right now all nodes have empty title. [audio-file-name] like it suppose to be.

you should be able to use something like views bulk operations to build a list of the audio nodes then do a bulk save on them that would update the title.
