No audio player, playlist doesn't work

I can upload the MP3 file just fine, but the player doesn't appear.

Clicking on Add To Playlist goes to 403 - Access Denied

There's also no player tab.

For other having this problem, I have found a way to manually enter an audio file. If you visit http://musicplayer.sourceforge.net/button/test.html, it will generate code that you can insert for a player.
