calls to taxonomy functions (line 638, taxonomy_save_vocabulary) are dependencies on an optional module. There needs to be a check to see if the taxo module is enabled, and if not, fail gracefully.

Taxonomy calls are now checked before hand. I also removed a bunch of unnecessary code that created taxonomies automatically for audio files. If the taxonomy module is not installed, the audio module behaves appropriately now.
