Atomic CAS 1.0.0-alpha2

This release includes a bug fix and regression test coverage for image style derivative cleanup.

Bug Fixes

We have fixed the following issue:

#3589764: Image style flush should reliably clean up shared CAS derivative files

Image style flush now deterministically removes shared derivative files stored under the __shared__ path when flushing CAS-backed image styles. Previously, failures during cleanup were silently swallowed, allowing orphaned derivative blobs to accumulate over time. Regression tests have been added to cover both per-file and full-style flush behaviour.
