I have never come across this in 120+ installs of Drupal and the ATCK. I am attempting to add some blocks to the page tpl file so as usual I go to template.php and add some regions. To my surprise Drupal is ignoring all modifications to the atck_regions array. I have tried adding regions, changing the friendly name of regions, even removing all the regions all together in hopes of an error. Nothing has produced an error or any change to the site what so ever. Anyone have any suggestions. Thanks a bunch for those of you reading this. I am usually pretty self sufficient but I am stumped here.

Problem fixed. I renamed the theme folder from atck to mysitename. That caused major problems. I renamed it to atck and problem fixed.
