AskFlow Q&A makes website content more interactive by letting visitors ask questions in the exact place where they need help.
Instead of sending every question into a generic Contact Us inbox, AskFlow keeps the conversation tied to the page that prompted it. Moderators can see where the question came from, answer the visitor directly, and publish the approved answer back to that same page for future visitors.
Unlike a traditional site-wide FAQ, AskFlow does not force all questions into one generic knowledge base. Each important page can grow its own moderated micro-FAQ based on real visitor questions.
Example: on a property listing page, a visitor asks “Is parking free?” The administrator answers the visitor and publishes the approved Q&A back to that property page only. Future visitors viewing the same property can see the answer immediately, while other property pages remain focused on their own questions.
For a healthcare programme website, related pages such as Overview, Eligibility, How it works, Cost and consultation, Provider locations, and Aftercare can each collect their own relevant questions. A visitor on the Eligibility page might ask “Who is a suitable candidate for this programme?” Once approved, the answer appears on that page, making the content more helpful and reducing repeated pre-consultation questions.
In short: Contact Us is private and generic. FAQs are often static and site-wide. AskFlow is contextual, moderated, and interactive. It turns important pages into living Q&A spaces shaped by real visitor needs.
