Only apply Article Test when the bundle is flaggable by the selected flag

Problem/Motivation

When Article Test is active it applies to all bundles even the bundle is not flaggable by the selected flag.

Proposed resolution

Check that the processed bundle is flaggable by the configured flag. If not, do not apply Article Test on it.
Further work can be to make the bundles to apply configurable in the settings page.
