ArPHP Date formatters setMode() error [#672306]

Upon trying to access this via the admin area, I get the following error message:

Fatal error: Call to a member function setMode() on a non-object in /home/user/drupal/sites/all/modules/arphp/modules/arphp

The module ArPHP is enabled, and the library has been loaded.

When I want to add ArPHP Date formatters I have the following error
warning: Missing argument 1 for Arabic::__construct(), called in \sites\all\modules\arphp\modules\arphp_date\arphp_date.module on line 133 and defined in \sites\all\modules\arphp\ArPHP\Arabic.php on line 110
