The manifest code re-downloads the App logo and screenshots whenever those images last-modified is greater then the currently downloaded file. In the case of Panopoly Demo, that seems to happen every day and the file_save_data function runs FILE_EXISTS_RENAME instead of FILE_EXISTS_OVERWRITE making it create new copies of the file everyday and cluttering up the file interface.

Attaching a patch to use FILE_EXISTS_OVERWRITE in that specific instance to avoid that.
