Problem/Motivation

Publish a clearly defined project plan that can be used by the Drupal Association and other interested parties to set expectations for when the portion of this project funded by 'Pitchburgh' will be delivered.

Proposed resolution

Plans evolve, so we'll need some kind of living document for this outside of this d.o issue. Google sheet? Notion?

Remaining tasks

* Draft project plan.
* Distribute to interested parties.

This was defined as part of the scope of work which has been approved by the DA. The dates will likely require some adjustment, but the basic plan still holds. Marking as fixed.
