Field handlers be busted

Hmm bad news is that the field handlers, with all their fanciness are now busted.

The set_definition looks fine but for some reason it doesn't look like they work. This in the end is probably ok, as its time to look at doing auto introspection. That is, read the schema info from the Solr server and produce a field for all stored schema fields.

Then just write field handlers for all the default fields.
