Users Unable to save Quiz after filling with error "Quiz submission failed. Please try again."

Problem/Motivation

Students get a "Quiz submission failed. Please try again." message when they attempt to submit the quiz.

Logs in the website root directory show that "Uncaught PHP Exception Symfony\Component\Routing\Exception\RouteNotFoundException: "Route "update.module_install" does not exist." at /home//core/lib/Drupal/Core/Routing/RouteProvider.php line 211." I am not sure if it is related to the quiz module or the ANU module.
