Animate module provide entrance animation feature to Theme UI element, Animate module utilize animate.css and waypoint.js for animation and viewport detection. It only covers the entrance animation feature.
It's a plug and play module so you just need to install it and select an animation from dropdown field available on blocks and animation HTML element on field group.
