.module errors.

I recently had to re-install drupal in local host, added Andromeda, Andro. Slideshow, and Nivio, enabled and placed block, and after doing a couple other things (creating new users, adding text formats), this pops up on every page:

I did not have this issue yesterday when I first installed Andromeda and the mods that come with it. I haven't a clue what I did wrong :(
There is another post on this issue that dates a while back, but it provides no information. I tried re installing the theme and all modules and nothing.

I would really appreciate the help, for I really like this theme.
