Unable to create a template *. tpl.php

Hello, I would like to add to the site the order form. The form itself is created by Webform module. A link to this form is generated by php code.

To create a template for the type material I copied node.tpl.php to node--type_material.tpl.php. The result was almost a blank worksheet. Pattern assigned to this type of material is not interpreted the theme of design. See attachment.

Moreover if you do not override the template, and only make minor additions to the template node.tpl.php this also will damage the design.
