That comes straight from Amazon.com, using the utf-8 character encoding. Apparently your browser or OS or something isn't set up to display utf-8...Windows boxes can have that problem.
Oops. Sorry, completely my fault. I mangled my drupal DB's encodings by transferring it as a txt file from my laptop to a FreeBSD server. Nice module btw.
