No possibility to go to amazon when no cover image is available

There are some items that haven`t a cover image. In this case there is no chance to go to amazon.
Here is an example http://www.disziplin.ch/node/89 (work in progress).

Maybe there should be
- a dummy picture,
- a link called "see product on amazon",
- all the infos (Author, ASIN, ...) clickable.

I think an link would be the clearest solution even when a picture is available.
