I'm not sure if I'm missing something, but if I make changes in the administration, it doesn't make any difference to the front end. ie the button size, the button position, the button colour etc.

I'm not sure if it's related, but loading the site we are running this on in different environment's (eg dev, staging, live) the button colour, position and size changes per environment. ie; in one environment it shows in black, bottom left, then in another environment it will load purple top centre.
