Problem/Motivation

Right now when AiMigrator fails to decode the JSON we throw the error 'Failed to decode cleaned AI JSON response: @response' with the full response. Maybe there is a way to mark the issue and only send that detail to the screen or capture that in the log messages.

Steps to reproduce

Saw the issue on #3549329: Enable Simple Taxonomy Import when trying to import the complex migration.
