Docs on how to get setup on Mercure are a bit lacking. Let's add:

  1. Improved DDEV setup instructions
  2. Info about tokens and publish vs subscribe
  3. The URL for subscribing via the chat (topic=agui/{threadId}/runs/{runId}
  4. Any other relevant info
