Ágora Theme is the front-end theme of the Ágora Transparency site template for Drupal CMS (drupal.org/project/agora_transparency).
Status: not written yet. This project exists so that the theme can be developed and released independently of the template, which is a requirement rather than a preference: a site template may not contain code of its own, so themes are declared as dependencies.
Planned scope — deliberately minimal:
Colour and typography tokens with verified WCAG 2.2 AA contrast
Self-hosted, freely licensed typography (OFL) — never a font CDN, which is a data-protection liability for public-sector sites in the EU
Accessible tables and forms, visible focus, prefers-reduced-motion
Drupal Canvas compatible
No generic CSS framework.
Accessibility. The theme targets WCAG 2.2 AA. No conformance with any level is claimed at this point: there is nothing built to test.
Licence: GPL-2.0-or-later. Typography and images ship with their licences named.
