Problem/Motivation

The "Show All Comments" at the bottom of the comments section is a fallback for javascript-disabled browsers. When you're in a normal browser, this reloads the page, without even expanding the comments. This is annoying and not useful.

Steps to reproduce

Go to a page with many comments, with a loading strategy of hybrid.
Click the Show All Comments link.
See sub-par experience.

Proposed resolution

Connect this link to "Expand All" javascript action.
