Logo not showing at all

What logo? Why do you need site logo in your administration theme?

Hi ANDiTKO - from your response I gather it's not something that is foreseen so far. Thus I change the category to feature request.

I think it would be beneficial for many projects. Some use cases that come to mind:

• On some sites there are pools of content editors who work only in the admin area day after day. The excellent Adminimal theme makes their working environment visually pleasing, intuitive, and smooth. Showing a logo of the website they are working on should be a part of it (if the webmaster switches it on).
• There are many sites where the back- and front-end do not have a clear divide, e.g. some wikis. There it is absolutely required that the logo, title, subtitle can show (if switched on).

Note that #2368075: Add support for Quick Edit module makes a similar point about about sites with blurred frontend/backend boundaries.

This would be nice to have as I'd like to use this theme for a headless drupal site as well as a non-headless drupal site, and it'd be handy for the editors to identify which site they are currently editing.

Isn't this just a case of adding the following to the page.tpl.php?

I've added it within the branding div in the Adminimal themes page.tpl, and it seems fine to me.

I created an Adminimal sub-theme and added the logo as in #6 to my page.tpl.php of my sub-theme, its better to not edit the source files of a theme maintained by another.

@Clint Eagar, im planing to implement the logo in the near feature. But creating subthemes to modify my theme is aways a good option.

Hi there, my logo wasn't showing because there was an accent in the file name of the image "caducée.png".

Through the admin appearance settings, the file was automatically uploaded as "caducée" in the /sites/default/files/ directory

Renaming the file as "caducee.png", so without the accent, the logo appears correctly.

In Drupal 9 the default logo isn't present at all. It uses the seven logic which results in: /themes/adminimal_theme/logo.svg.
I changed it manually into: core/misc/logo/drupal-logo.svg. Should be the default value I presume.

I just see 2 small blue text lines in a black background. See attached file.
