This module allows administrators to post and edit comments as anonymous users (that is, with a name and optional homepage rather than connected to a user account).
It also allows administrators to post new comments on nodes which have comments disabled.
To use, simply enable and give the permission "Administer anonymous comments" to the roles you would like to have these privileges.
This is very useful if an editor should be able to edit comments posted by visitors. The use case for which it was built was for a content curator to edit comments that were imported for archival purposes, and so without user accounts on the host site.
