Currently, in order to disable the admin warning for a particular form, you need to look into the code or HTML to find the form ID, then go to the module's administration page and add it to the list there.

It would be much more user friendly if sufficiently-permissioned users had a small "Disable on this form" link within the warning message itself. Clicking on this link would take them to a confirmation form which automatically took care of the process for them.
