Admin Menu Levels is a lightweight JS library that provides two menu item filtering options on menu administration pages:
- A select list from which the user can choose the depth of the menu items to display (inclusive — meaning if "Two" is selected, menu items of depth 1 AND 2 will be shown)
- A checkbox that will show/hide disabled menu items, respecting the choice made in the select list above
This helps with menus that can often be very long, with tens or hundreds of menu items in the list — the administration menu, for instance; it filters the list so you see only those items that you are interested in.
This project is not covered by the security advisory policy because it does not meet the following prerequisite to be considered for permission to opt in:
There is sufficient PHP code to see what the user who created the application understands of Drupal coding standards, Drupal APIs, and Drupal best practice; a project that only implements a hook or two to, for example, add a library (CSS or JavaScript) to most or all the Drupal pages doesn't contain sufficient code for these applications. — (*emphasis added by me)
