Fire Ajax Commands - Ex: update comment

I noticed that comment edit forms open in a dialog, but saving them does not refresh the comment.

Is it possible to add a UI for configuring AJAX callbacks?

We'd have to specify wrapper elements and have a way to select and configure the available commands.
