CC / BCC check box option

Problem/Motivation

This module used to send email BCC. Now they go out CC. Not sure why this change, as it's not a best practice to share everyone's email in this type of communication.

I can't think of a use case where CC would be preferred.

So, how about this:

In module configuration have a check box so that user/administrator could select CC or BCC. This way everyone wins!
