Since the themes associated with version 2 of this module are not hosted on drupal.org, I'm unsure about their license status. Are they GPL2?

I've added BSD license files here:

http://github.com/developmentseed/tao/blob/master/LICENSE.txt
http://github.com/developmentseed/rubik/blob/master/LICENSE.txt

As with the previous icons included with Admin, you can consider the icons themselves public domain.
