Please try upgrading to 2.9 just in case. There were some changes in filtering of you brand name from 2.7 -> 2.8, but they do not have any effect how your logo is displayed. You are both using full url (with http:// in the beginning) Widget settings / Logo url?
Unfortunetely the logo is still not displayed after the update to 2.9.
The URL of the logo is full and is working (copy paste on browser).
The file is a png file.
I tried both Widget settings, none works. You really need more info than this?
Does it work for you?
same issue here. just installed v 2.9 (1st time install, not an upgrade) because addtoany module was causing display issues in ie 7 & ie 8 (it also caused ie 6 to crash). using absolute url w/ http:// prefix, image is a png & does not exceed the max recommended dimensions.

agrigor1 commentedThe problem still exists in version 2.10
It seems it is broken from 2.7 and still not fixed.

gisleThis bug report 6 years old and is about an outdated version of the module. I have not seen this problem when using the latest version (7.x-4.x).
Feel free to reopen if you can tell us how to reproduce this with a clean install of AddThis 7.x-4.x.
