Specific url sharing

Implement specific url sharing with hook functionality to alter the url you share.

This is basicly what it would do. It will add the addthis:url attribute to the sharing toolbox and it would call a hook alter so you can alter this specific url. It will give you context information like display type and entity (when available) to base your url on.

This also creates the possibility to have a altered url share. Think like this. You have a extra field to specify what url you want to share on that node type of entity. You hook the url alter and change the sharing url based on the field that the entity contains in its object. POWERFULL :)
