Problem/Motivation

Can we change "Russia" to "Russian Federation" since that is the official name?

Steps to reproduce

When adding an address to an address field, the select box for Russia is "Russia"... is there a way for "Russian Federation"?

The country list is provided by Drupal, you can use hook_countries_alter() to modify the name for RU.
